Computex Taipei is the largest ICT exhibition in Asia. In addition to corporate showcases, it features various content such as forums, new product launches, and seminars by experts, which will also be simultaneously streamed online. ① AI Quality and Visual Inspection All-in-One Package
“HACARUS Check”
HACARUS Check is an AI visual inspection system that combines collaborative robots, cameras with built-in lighting, and high-performance AI inspection software. It enables 360-degree inspection of complex-shaped three-dimensional objects, such as die-cast and pressed products, which were traditionally difficult to inspect. It can detect defects as small as 0.1 millimeters.
With our proprietary algorithms, AI models can be created using a small amount of good product data, eliminating the need for defective product data.
② AI Visual Inspection Software “HACARUS Check AI Software”
One of the key features is the ability to perform iterative learning of small batch high-speed good products. It has been developed in-house to address the challenges of adapting to the temporal changes in the work process, solving the issues faced in previous AI implementations.
For those who already have inspection equipment, it is also possible to adopt the software as a standalone solution.
