Faster and clearer AI that supports phenotypic screening
Cell image analysis is essential for phenotypic screening. HACARUS DD, which utilizes sparse modeling technology, solves problems that could not be solved by conventional analysis methods.
Conventional AI Approach
It takes time to evaluate and determine the effects of new candidate drugs because it is necessary to create different AI for each drug.

HACARUS Approach
One AI model trained from images of a normal control group can be used for multiple candidate drugs. Evaluation and judgment time is shorter than the conventional approach.
By presenting changes in image characteristics due to experiments, we can obtain hints on the mechanism of action of drugs.
