This hybrid inspection system combines Visco’s VTV-9000 Series, which utilizes high-definition image processing technology, and HACARUS Check AI software to allow simultaneous inspection of the inner and outer surfaces of cylindrical metal parts. The system is able to detect minute scratches and defects with high accuracy and improve product quality by combining rule-based inspection with AI technology. This system allows for use in such ways as detecting scratches and defects with AI and measuring them based on rules.
