
Long serving and key contributing members promoted to senior positions.
April 6th, 2023 – Kyoto, Japan – HACARUS INC, the leading provider of big insights from small data, today announced changes in its top management, elevating Takashi Someda and Rio Onishi to new positions.
Takashi Someda has been promoted to Representative Director & COO (Chief Operating Officer) from his previous role as Board Director & CBO (Chief Business Officer).
Takashi has been with HACARUS Since 2016, leading the development of HACARUS’ core technology during his time as CTO (Chief Technology Officer), and most recently helped launch the sales organization during his time as CBO (Chief Business Officer). By now taking office as Representative Director and COO (Chief Operating Officer), Takashi will continue to grow and expand HACARUS’ business, and build a collaborative ecosystem with internal and external partners.
Rio Onishi has been promoted to Board Director & Head of Industry Division, from his previous role as CPO (Chief Product Officer) & Head of Industry Division.
Rio joined HACARUS in 2021, and has since led the commercialization of its novel AI technology. Having gained the trust of many customers and delivered crucial improvements to the HACARUS Check line of products, Rio is now entrusted with the director role, which will allow him to further expand on this important work. As customers’ expectations for AI applications have increased in recent years, Rio is well suited to ensure that HACARUS delivers best-in-class solutions from his new role as Board Director.
