The ‘Kyoto Wisdom Entrepreneurship Award 2023’ is an entrepreneurship discovery project organized by the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
It aims to recognize entrepreneurs, startups, and others who tackle social issues such as energy, environment, food, health, and education through innovative approaches and groundbreaking methods. It was established with the purpose of discovering and nurturing entrepreneurs who will contribute to the future Kyoto economy, and many companies participate as supporters.

In this award, products such as the AI-powered application ‘HACARUS Workplace Safety for KY,’ which supports KY (Hazard Anticipation) activities in industries such as construction and manufacturing, the AI visual inspection system ‘HACARUS Check,’ and the diagnostic support AI platform ‘HACARUS MD’ were highly evaluated. As part of the award, the recipients will receive grant funding and matching support to accelerate the development and expansion of these products and services, aiming to further expand their impact in Kyoto and the world.
