HACARUS Opens Showroom “HAKARU” At Kyoto Headquarters

To open at Kyoto Headquarters on August 21st, will showcase demos of HACARUS solutions, including for FANUC’s CRX Series.

August, 21st, 2023, Kyoto, Japan – HACARUS, on a mission to bring the next generation of instruments to every industry, today announced the opening of the HAKARU showroom. At the showroom visitors can experience the AI visual inspection process live, enabled by integrating FANUC’s collaborative robot series, CRX and HACARUS Check AI software. The exhibited product is of the one-sided semi-automatic inspection model CFCS-1000 of “HACARUS Check for FANUC CRX Series.

The AI-powered visual inspection demonstration includes:

1)Robot Operation
Simple programming of robot movement using the CRX-exclusive tablet TP (Teaching Pendant).

2)Image Capture of Sample Parts
The robot moves as programmed and captures images of the parts.

3)Inspection by AI
The captured images are fed into the AI software, which determines whether the parts are OK or defective.

In the future, customers will be able to bring their own parts to test HACARUS Check for CRX directly
