HACARUS Check linked with FANUC Cooperative Robot on display for the first time in Kansai, at close partner Daido’s booth
September 5th, 2023, Kyoto, Japan – HACARUS, on a mission to bring the next generation of instruments to every industry, will exhibit with Daido at Manufacturing World 2023 Osaka. The tradeshow will run for 3 days starting October 4th, and HACARUS’ focus will be on the HACARUS Check visual inspections solution with FANUC robots.
Manufacturing World 2023 Osaka is the largest manufacturing event in western Japan, and the booth will feature demonstrations of “HACARUS Check for FANUC CRX Series” and “HACARUS Check” linked with FANUC cooperative robots, which will be exhibited for the first time in Kansai. Both systems are characterized by their ability to create highly accurate AI models from a small amount of good data using proprietary technology.
Daido, a close cooperative partner, invited HACARUS to participate in the exhibition as an opportunity to create further synergies. This is the second joint exhibit, following a previous show last year – each having featured new cutting edge products.

HACARUS Check (CRBC-2023)
The flagship model of HACARUS Check for hand-sized inspection targets – enabling inspection of die-cast parts that were previously impossible. This is an AI visual inspection system that combines a cooperative robot, an illuminated camera, and high-performance AI inspection software. It performs 360-degree inspections of three-dimensional objects with complex shapes, such as die-castings and pressed products, by taking pictures from all direction and detecting defects as small as 0.1 mm.
