The presentation will focus the international collaboration with Hitachi Energy to bring the visual inspection AI solution HACARUS Check to Ludvika in Sweden.
November 21st, 2023, Kyoto, Japan – HACARUS, on a mission to bring the next generation of instruments to every industry, today announced that it will be presenting a case study of a deployment of its visual inspection AI solution HACARUS Check for Hitachi Energy under the title “AI Powered Quality Inspections: Made in Kyoto, Deployed in Ludvika” at the Ignite Sweden Summit 2023, to be held on November 27th in Stockholm, Sweden.

HACARUS was originally matched with Hitachi Energy during the Sweden Innovation Days in 2020. Following an initial data assessment using HACARUS Check (then marketed under the name SPECTRO), the project moved real world tests at Hitachi Energy’s Ludvika facilities enabled by a light, camera and software kit provided by HACARUS. Following an evaluation period Hitachi Energy proceeded with a HACARUS Check developer’s license which allows creation of inspection models for a wide range of inspection targets.
