HACARUS’ flagship visual inspection product, HACARUS Check for FANUC CRX Series, will be on display for the first time outside Japan – marking its global premiere at the world’s leading trade fair for industrial transformation.

March 8th, 2024, Kyoto, Japan – HACARUS, on a mission to bring the next generation of instruments to every industry, today announced that it’ll exhibit at HANNOVER MESSE in hall 5, stand B28, 09. The fair will be held at Exhibition Grounds Hannover, from April 22nd to 26th. Register for a complimentary ticket here.

At the booth live demonstrations of HACARUS Check for FANUC CRX Series, which enables digital transformation of visual inspections, will be on display. Through the combination of AI and robotics the solution is able to automate manual inspections with superior defect detection capabilities.

The solution is especially useful  for surface inspections and completeness check in the automotive, casting, electronics, metals and machined parts industries, handling inspection targets such as metal cylinders, die casting, complex plastic parts and electronic circuit boards.

HACARUS’ booth will be located in the “Application Park X NextGenWork”, as part of the “Automation, Motions & Drive” area of the fair, highlighting industry trends for industry 4.0 & Manufacturing-X.

On February 21st HANNOVER MESSE NEWS published a press release that covers how this year’s fair showcases the digitalization of industry:

Geopolitical tensions, climate change, stagnating growth, high prices for energy and a shortage of skilled workers mean that cost discipline and efficiency are currently the dominant themes in companies. At the same time, artificial intelligence is leading to profound changes in the worlds of work in industry. In addition, business leaders and trade associations are warning of a de-industrialization of Europe,” says Dr. Jochen Köckler, CEO of Deutsche Messe AG, describing the environment in which this year’s HANNOVER MESSE takes place.

For more than a decade now, HANNOVER MESSE has been the most important trade fair for the digitalization of industry. Artificial intelligence is now taking industrial digitalization to the next level by revolutionizing industry, making processes more efficient and adding value. By using AI, companies will be able to shorten development times while saving resources and energy.

“The speed at which AI solutions are finding their way into industry is breathtaking. Companies need to invest now and, above all, introduce their employees to the opportunities offered by AI, otherwise they will get left behind by the competition,” emphasizes Köckler. “AI is the key to competitiveness and sustainability in industry.”

Specific applications will be on show at HANNOVER MESSE: robots that can be controlled by voice, machines that automatically recognize defects; or systems that cut downtimes through predictive maintenance. Köckler: “In the near future, generative AI will be able to design machines. This will lead to fundamental changes in engineers’ job profiles – a subject that will also be discussed at HANNOVER MESSE.

HACARUS Check for FANUC CRX Series is thus a perfect fit for this year’s HANNOVER MESSE, as its value proposition aligns well with many of the topics raised, such as shortage if skilled workers, the transformative power of AI – and being a machine that can automatically recognize defects. HANNOVER MESSE bills itself as the most important international platform and hot spot for industrial transformation – with excellent innovations or unusual products with 1.870 + Speakers, 130.000 On-site attendees, 4.000 Exhibitors and 14.000 + Products & solutions. This year will be HACARUS first exhibition at the fair.
